Returns – In 4 Simple Steps

Request Return Form
Email us at contact@millersoutlet.com and we’ll send you a return form. Please read the conditions carefully before sending anything back. -
Fill in the Form
Complete the return form in full. -
Send the Package
Return your item(s) along with the completed form to the return address (see: return address in China).
• Shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Make sure to use a trackable shipping service. -
Refund Processed
Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.

Email contact@millersoutlet.com with your order number and the correct size you’d like. -
Complete the Exchange Form
We’ll send you the exchange form to fill in. -
Send Back the Item
Ship the original item with the completed form to the return address

Receive New Item
Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the correct size to you for FREE.
Exchanges – For Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report the Issue
Email contact@millersoutlet.com with photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description of the issue. -
Validation
Our team will review the issue and confirm eligibility. -
Replacement Sent
A free replacement will be processed and sent to you. -
Tracking Details Shared
We’ll email you the tracking number once your replacement has shipped.
